Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on occupational health and safety topics.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of various organizations.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in health and safety.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and safety improvements.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role within occupational health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
