Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and other basic vehicle maintenance services according to established procedures.
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues and diagnose problems accurately.
- Recommend additional services or repairs based on diagnostic findings.
- Replace oil filters, air filters, and cabin filters as required.
- Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
- Perform tire rotations and balance tires as necessary.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to assess the condition of various vehicle components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of used oil and other waste materials.
- Assist other team members with tasks as needed to ensure efficient operation of the service center.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quick Lube Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
