We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and managing our social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Using design software to produce visually appealing designs.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring that all materials reflect the company’s vision.
- Ensure designs align with our brand guidelines and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Support digital marketing efforts by creating social media graphics, ads, and multimedia content.
- Manage our social media accounts, respond to comments and messages.
- Performance Marketing.
- Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years experience as a designer and in social media management, preferably in the real estate .
- Strong proficiency in design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast and efficient in delivering quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Experience in creating marketing collateral specific to the real estate industry is a plus.
- Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
