Job Description

Social Media Specialist - is a professional responsible for managing and creating content for an organization’s social media platforms to engage audiences and promote the brand. Develops, implements, and manages social media strategies, creates engaging content, analyzes performance metrics, and interacts with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.).
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for social media posts.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
  • Foster positive engagement and build relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Design website banners and assist with web visuals.
  • Identify and analyse main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients.
  • Organise promotional activities for new products/services.
  • Implement offsite and onsite Search Engine Optimisation activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of UAE work experience in social media management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to change tone and style for different social media platforms.
  • Creative ways to solve problems and the ability to think outside the box are important.
  • Knowledge of how SEO and content marketing work.
  • Good analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Understanding of how to advertise on social media and how to make campaigns that reach the right people.
  • No visa issues.
