Candidates must have experience as an accountant.
1. Follow-up clients for billings and/or pending balances, quotation status, etc.
2. Assist in Sales and assist in preparing Estimates & Quotations.
3. Account; publish Monthly Expenses Report on time - must be presented to the General Manager before salary time, Income
statements, issue cheques, LPO's and Project Summary.
4. Keeping files and update files for clients, subcontractors, & employees.
5. Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, clients, about delivery of materials to the site.
6. Must have knowledge on Vat Preparation & Filing.
7. Prepare LPO with approval from General Manager.
