Position: Maintenance In charge
Salary: AED 2,500/-
Qualification: Diploma in Maintenance / Bachelors
Experience: 2-3 years in maintenance, repair, or construction
Job Description:
· Perform regular inspections of the play area to identify any damages, hazards, or maintenance needs.
· Repair, replace, or refurbish play equipment as needed, including slides, swings, climbing structures, and safety surfaces.
· Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during repairs and maintenance activities.
· Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating hinges, tightening bolts, and replacing worn-out parts.
· Keep records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
· Communicate with management regarding any significant repairs or safety concerns that require attention.
· Assist in the setup and dismantling of play structures for special events or seasonal changes.
· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall cleanliness and functionality of the play area.
