Job Description

Has enough knowledge of how to use any real estate CRM to manage, update, and maintain client and property records, especially “Propspace”. • Has enough knowledge of how to use Trakheesi App for applying leasing permit and to check any services related. • Has enough knowledge of all Real Estate related forms and contracts. • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, including bookkeeping and record-keeping. • Verify property listings on platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder. • Ensure all property details are accurate and up to date. • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the real estate team. • Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Assist in coordinating meetings and viewings with clients. • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly
