• Design and develop ground improvement systems such as vibro-compaction, stone columns, dynamic
compaction, grouting, soil mixing, and other ground improvement techniques.
• Conduct detailed geotechnical analyses, including but not limited to site investigation data review and
foundations assessment.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications for ground improvement projects.
• Collaborate with geotechnical engineers and project managers to integrate ground improvement solutions into
overall project designs.
• Oversee site testing and performance evaluations for ground improvement measures.
• Provide technical support to the delivery team during the construction stage, oversee submittals and on-site
troubleshooting.
• Ensure design compliance with relevant codes, standards and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and propose solutions as required.
