Job Description


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the company's freight forwarding market share across air, land, and ocean services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the logistics sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our freight forwarding services.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare contracts, and handle follow-up processes to close sales deals effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy and increase market presence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry, covering air, land, and ocean services.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, shipping processes, and freight forwarding operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
