Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the company's freight forwarding market share across air, land, and ocean services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the logistics sector.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our freight forwarding services.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
Negotiate pricing, prepare contracts, and handle follow-up processes to close sales deals effectively.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy and increase market presence.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry, covering air, land, and ocean services.
Strong understanding of logistics, shipping processes, and freight forwarding operations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
