We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager at Burhantec, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Understand the clients' business goals, challenges, and IT requirements.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions to existing clients.

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.

3. IT Solution Consultation:

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose IT solutions tailored to clients' needs.

- Provide expert guidance and advice on the latest IT trends and innovations.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations.

4. Contract Negotiation and Closing:

- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and our company's standards.

- Secure signed agreements and deliver high-quality solutions.

5. Market and Industry Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.

- Use market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.

- Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Should possess experience of 3 or more years as Sales Account Manager or any similar roles in Kuwait.

- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the IT services sector within Kuwait.

- Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
