Job Description
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
- Provide insightful advice on market trends, pricing, financing options, and legal requirements to empower informed decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships and generate leads through networking, targeted marketing campaigns, and community involvement.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, effectively presenting real estate solutions tailored to client preferences.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions to ensure a seamless experience and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, including trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments.
Requirements
- Experienced in Real Estate market.
- Strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Experience with Developer is a added advantage.
- Track record of Successful Real Estate journey.
- Valid driving license required.
