Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 15,000 AED + Benefits


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee key projects and client engagements within our
electro-mechanical services. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency through effective management
of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), client satisfaction, and employee
performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Mobilization Management:

o Oversee the creation and execution of mobilization project plans, including risk and issue logs,

action logs, and project meetings.

o Facilitate regular project meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring all

updates are accurate and timely.

o Coordinate and lead communications among the mobilization team, clients, and end users.
Client & Stakeholder Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with objectives and

expectations.

o Monitor SLAs and KPIs to meet or exceed the company’s standards and client requirements.
Team Leadership & Employee Management:

o Manage and oversee project and mobilization teams, providing guidance to drive productivity and

alignment with project objectives.

o Foster a positive work environment to promote employee engagement and development.

Project Execution & Standards Compliance:

• Ensure mobilization projects are executed according to agreed methodologies, company processes,

procedures, and quality standards.

• Continuously monitor and update project plans, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are on

schedule and meet quality benchmarks. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the electro-mechanical or facility
management industry.

• Proven experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and client relationships.
• Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, risk assessment, and issue
management.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.


Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
