We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating inspiring spaces.

Position Overview:
The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in overseeing project costs, preparing estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and analyze project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for potential projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to monitor costs and variations.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including budgets, forecasts, and progress updates.
• Review and negotiate contracts and tender documentation.
• Advise on contractual claims and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the fitout or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of cost management, estimation, and project budgeting.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices is a plus.
