Description Reporting into the Design Manager & Senior Design Coordinator on site near Dubai Marina
International client is seeking a Design Coordinator with drive and career ambition. You will form a key part of the Design & Engineering Team based on site.
Can you form working relationships to achieve success both internally and externally. Yes you will have to be a team player pulling in the right direction to achieve project success and profitability.
Working within the CAD & Draughtsman team handling shop drawings, design submissions and sub-contract management. Can you ensure that all specs match building codes to achieve client sign off on site.
Do you understand urgency, forward planning and problem solving. Can you help remove obstacles to ensure that the project team and operations can hit key timeframes for handover.
Following is required
- Experience working for a reputable Buildings Main Contractor in the UAE as a Design Coordinator or Senior Design Coordinator
- Degree Qualified - 4 years post graduate
- Strong technical awareness and understanding of the clients, rules, regulations and supply chain in the UAE
- Happy that site will be working a 6 day week
- Able to start before the 20th Of December 2024 Latest
