Job Description
Requirements: Civil Technician
- We need somebody with experience in Concrete Injections work, concrete repair works and water proofing as part of the major project requirements.
- Experienced in concrete crack injections inside underground stations and tunnels.
- Experienced in concrete repair works inside underground stations, tunnels, elevated bridges and Viaducts.
- Experience in performing expansion joint works inside underground stations, tunnels, elevated bridges and Viaducts.
- Perform all skill-based repair on site like concrete repairs and masonry works.
- All types of painting work emulsion, enamel and epoxy coatings.
- Topcoat applications to steel elements.
- Erection and dismantling of scaffolding works (aluminum/mobile type, cup clock type and tube and fittings).
- Must be trained and certified scaffolding erector from third party specialist.
- Must be trained and certified for working at height and confined space from third party specialist.
- Gypsum wall and ceiling rectification, marble cladding removal and installation.
- Experienced in soil excavation and backfilling works.
- Asphalt patch repair works.
- All types of road markings, signage installation.
- Repair of terrazzo floor finishes.
- Working on high access equipment MEWP (boom lift, spider lift and scissor lift).
- Working on roads with implementation of traffic diversion plan (TDP).
- Knowledge of all types of waterproofing application.
- Awareness related to use of COSHH and MSDS of chemicals.
- Good communication skills in English.
