Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced 6G Welders, Industrial Fabricators, and Factory Structural Fabricators to join our dynamic team. These roles are critical in supporting our manufacturing operations, ensuring structural integrity, and delivering precision fabrication for various projects. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes, and a commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- 6G Welder:
- Perform 6G position welding on pipes and other critical components.
- Inspect materials, ensuring they meet specifications before welding.
- Operate welding equipment with high accuracy to achieve required welds.
- Industrial Fabricator:
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble parts.
- Use tools, machinery, and welding equipment to cut, bend, and assemble metal components.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure fabricated parts meet stringent quality standards.
- Factory Structural Fabricator:
- Fabricate and assemble structural components for factory frameworks and other industrial applications.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to understand project requirements.
- Ensure structures are built to withstand load requirements and are compliant with industry codes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or structural fabrication (2+ years preferred).
- 6G Welder: Certification in 6G welding preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Familiarity with welding tools and fabrication machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and protocols.
