Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Manager to oversee our agriculture projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture management, focusing on nurseries and farm operations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for driving sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agriculture projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee nursery operations and farm management to ensure optimal productivity.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in agriculture project management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
