1. Weekly Events:
- Schedule: You’ll be coordinating three weekly events—Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. This includes handling conference room availability, speaker confirmations, and managing attendees.
- Promotion: Continue promoting events on Meetup, Eventbrite, and through email campaigns. Keeping the WhatsApp group engaged with updates and reminders is also essential.
- Event Day: Ensure smooth execution by overseeing the setup, managing the registrations, and keeping the event on schedule.
2. Social Media Management:
- Daily Posting: You’ll be responsible for managing our social media accounts and ensuring consistent daily posts. This includes creating engaging content, coordinating with the marketing team, and maintaining our online presence.
3. Communication:
- WhatsApp Group Management: Monitor the group for rule compliance, share event updates, and encourage member engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Post-event feedback is crucial. Please continue contacting attendees' to gather insights on their experiences and compile this information into reports.
- Chats & Email Management: Regularly check and respond to chats and emails related to events, queries, and collaborations.
4. Event Reporting:
- Daily Reporting: Continue preparing and updating event reports as requested by management.
- Content Coordination: Work with the marketing team to edit and post event videos and photos. Ensure that this content is shared promptly with attendees and posted on our social media channels.
5. Membership and Contacts:
- Contact Management: Keep track of new contacts, add them to our systems, and ensure new members are added to the WhatsApp group and informed of upcoming events.
6. Future Events:
- Content Creation: Continue researching and creating content for future paid events. Your role in planning larger networking events, including selecting and managing venues is also vital as per management guidance & suggestions.
