Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment, including placing orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory trends and make recommendations for improvement, including identifying slow-moving or obsolete items and proposing strategies for their disposition.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods, resolve any issues with deliveries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in inventory management to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control and minimize costs, including developing and implementing best practices.
  • Optimize inventory management systems and software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators to provide insights and support decision-making.
