Job Description
Candidate should be responsible for overseeing the wire extrusion process in the manufacturing of high-voltage (HV) cables. This role involves operating and maintaining wire extrusion machinery, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of operators to achieve production targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wire extrusion processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Wire Extrusion Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor wire extrusion machines to produce HV / MV cables according to specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of wire extrusion operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient production.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output, and quality control data.
