Job Brief:
Shuraa is looking for a General Manager for our client’s hotel, committed to delivering exceptional guest experience and driving operational excellence. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. You will lead the team to achieve financial goals, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive work environment.
Job responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage staff training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure maintenance of hotel facilities and services to uphold quality standards.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture among team members.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in hospitality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
