Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress report reflecting work progress summary.
Update progress of work in monitor sheet as per site condition.
Prepare and update a three week look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
Preparation of manpower histogram & S-curve.
Applying activity codes for sorting of activities.
Monitor critical and near critical activities based on the project schedule.
Preparation of EOT and Accelerate claim.
Quantity take off and maintain the quantity of approved drawings along with QS/ Jr. Planner
Include all changes to the scope and variation work requested by the client or contractor.
Preparation of project cash flow analysis and variation submission.
Preparation of interim progress invoice.
Preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.
Coordinating with mechanical, electrical and site engineers.
Conduct and attend meetings to analyze delays and needs.
Preparing recovery schedule in case the project is running behind the approved program of work
