Job Brief:

Shuraa is currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the agency, responsible for managing relationships and ensuring the companies’ digital marketing requirements are met effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions that align with the company’s goals and drive results.


Job Responsibilities:

• Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the external marketing agency. Ensure that all marketing activities and campaigns are executed according to the agreed-upon strategies and objectives.

• Campaign Oversight: Monitor and review the agency's performance in delivering marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, and organic marketing efforts. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure campaigns meet our quality standards and goals.

• Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the agency to ensure that their marketing strategies align with our overall brand and business objectives. Facilitate the alignment of agency efforts with our internal marketing goals.

• Performance Marketing: Oversee the agency’s performance marketing strategies, including PPC, display advertising, and other digital advertising initiatives. Ensure effective tracking, reporting, and optimization of these campaigns.

• SEO Management: Supervise the agency’s SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page and off- page optimization. Ensure that SEO efforts are effective and aligned with best practices.

• Organic Marketing: Guide the agency in developing and implementing organic marketing strategies, such as content marketing and social media engagement. Monitor results and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Website Coordination: Collaborate with the agency to manage website content and design. Ensure that the website is optimized for user experience, performance, and search engine visibility.

• Design Oversight: Review and approve marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and website content. Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and objectives.

• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly review and analyze reports from the agency on campaign performance, SEO metrics, and other marketing activities. Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget by monitoring the agency's expenditure and ensuring that they stay within the allocated budget.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies. Share relevant insights with the agency to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Mass media or Communications.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management preferably within an agency or consulting industries.

• Proven track record of managing client accounts and building strong relationships.

• Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms(e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
