Job Description

Responsible for the effective delivery of all services, as detailed within the Company’s Contract with the Client, with strict adherence to the policies and procedures established by the Company and Client. On a daily basis oversee all aspects and work practice carried out by all functions within the project (catering, maintenance, housekeeping, etc...) using planning, monitoring, quality and controlling processes, to ensure that the services are delivered on time, on budget and to specification. Ensure that there are sufficient resources for the safe and efficient delivery of the services, through the assignment of responsibilities, setting of deadlines and monitoring of progress. Ensure all functions’ objectives are implemented as directed by the Company Management for the Client on a daily basis, enforcing a safe environment for Customer and Staff by abiding with all the procedures and policies as establish by Client & Company.

· To implement and ensure that all staff adhere to, the Company’s IMS Policies and Procedures, so as to maintain and protect Company’s ISO Accreditation.

· Full compliance with Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.

· To deal with emergency situations in accordance with Company and Client policies and procedures.

· To maintain safe personal & hygiene presentation standards.

· Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business opportunities.

· Proactively identify and take corrective actions regarding hazards in workplace and any other health, safety and security issues which may have impacts on company business.

· To overview the implementation, and compliance to Company’s & Client’s HSEQ Policies and Procedures, so as to ensure that the highest standards are maintained within the workplace.

· To understand and deliver the requirements and standards of the service required.

· To put in place a system for the control and preservation of materials, tools and equipment’s issued for the performance of work duties to ensure the highest level of service.

· To facilitate and participate in regular formal and informal meetings with client representatives, ensuring the recording of minutes for all formal meetings, that are agreed, signed off and reported to Company.

· To complete any requirements from Company for the purposes of budgeting forecast and/or reporting within the defined timeframes.

· To analyze departmental daily expenditure and as appropriate develop and implement action plans.

· To oversee or perform departmental audits as required

· To develop a management team, appropriate to the business needs, that is accountable and empowered to make decisions, in line with Company Policy, within their area of responsibility.

· To facilitate departmental human resources duties including but not limited to: staff recruitment; permit-passport requirement; employee of the month program; counselling and discipline.

· To develop and maintain a professional company image with customers and staff, demonstrating at all times the highest standards of performance and behaviour.

· To encourage and promote team performance and staff welfare by the treating co-workers with dignity and respect at all times and communicating effectively in the work place.

· Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to actively encourage and motivate employees to achieve the highest standards of service delivery and safety.

· Implement and maintain a training program that provides induction and skills training to all production, service and technical and cleaning staffs within the project.

· Actively pursue internal training opportunities appropriate for current position and future development.

· Update skills, knowledge and qualifications and licenses to maintain a high level of competence.

· Personal Protective Equipment must be worn according to job requirement.
