About the Role:
As a Sales Manager at NEX HOME Properties, you will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives across Dubai’s competitive real estate market. You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and achieving sales targets for Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. This role requires excellent communication, strong selling skills, and an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and closings with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on current market trends and the latest real estate developments in Dubai.
- Lead and mentor junior sales agents to drive overall team success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, with a proven track record in Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.
- Fluent in Arabic and Persian with excellent command of both languages; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulatory framework.
