Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent with at least 1 year of experience in Dubai's real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with luxury properties and an international client base, within one of the world’s most competitive and rewarding real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
Proactively generate leads and build a client pipeline through networking, marketing, and outreach methods.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing.
Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities, ensuring they make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Negotiate offers and manage the sale or lease process, ensuring all paperwork and financials are accurately handled.
Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate regulations, market trends, and property values.
Collaborate with team members, including marketing, listing coordinators, and administrative support, to achieve team objectives and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, with a focus on high-end properties. Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Tamil, Hindi or Chinese are a plus).
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
