Job Summary: A crucial role in supporting our company's sales team by handling administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations. The sales Coordinator will act as a vital link between our company and Etisalat, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. This role involves following up with clients for service renewals, updating Etisalat on client status, and identifying new business opportunities, particularly in the hotel sector for our TV services.
Supporting the Sales Team: Assisting sales representatives with order processing, scheduling meetings, and handling customer inquiries.
Managing Sales Data: Maintaining customer records, sales reports, and sales performance metrics to provide insights into sales trends and team productivity.
Communication Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the sales team and other departments (like marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure efficient collaboration.
Order Processing and Follow-ups: Coordinating the delivery of products or services by tracking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction with timely follow-ups.
Organizing Sales Events: Helping to plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, or product launches.
Training and Onboarding: Assisting in onboarding new sales team members and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
Overall, the role of a sales coordinator involves multitasking and supporting various aspects of the sales process to help the sales team focus on selling more effectively.
