Madison Pearl have been mandated by a pension fund to hire a project management professional. The ideal candidate would be an Arabic speaker with 10 years’ experience gained within the FS industry. The mandate encompasses managing and executing on a portfolio of projects from a-z including identifying scope, required resources, developing a plan, reviewing the budget and managing deliverables. Candidates should have a PMP qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project stays within the defined scope, timeline and budget.
- Ensure the timely delivery of processes / projects in accordance with the set KPIs, SLAs and/or project milestones.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, partners and external authorities.
- Highlight key performance metrics and targets to support the delivery of the department’s operational plan, flag potential challenges and identify potential improvement initiatives.
- Report progress to PMO on a frequent basis
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, which included exposure to strategic project implementation/business transformation.
- Experience gained in the Financial Services/Consulting industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- PMP Certification.
