The role of a property sales advisor involves the following duties:

• Setting up and maintaining sales suites and on-site show homes
• Attracting visitors to developments by means of marketing activities, such as leaflet drops or open house events

• Complying with on-site health and safety requirements
• Liaising with financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents
• Progressing and securing sales
