Key Responsibilities:
Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales, with a primary focus on B2B services. Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet business goals across marketing, travel, and hospitality, and consultancy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, leveraging existing contacts and networks in the industry. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our service offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and client support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and deals closed. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, contributing insights for growth strategies.
