Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative sales executive specializing in Marketing, Travel & Hospitality, and Consultancy Services selling skills. Focused on driving B2B sales and building long-term partnerships with corporate clients. If you have a proven track record in selling marketing packages, consulting services, and travel solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales & Lead Conversion:

Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales, with a primary focus on B2B services. Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet business goals across marketing, travel, and hospitality, and consultancy.

  • Client Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, leveraging existing contacts and networks in the industry. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our service offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and client support.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and deals closed. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, contributing insights for growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in marketing services, travel, hospitality, or consulting industries in UAE.
  • Strong Corporate Relationships: Existing corporate network and the ability to build long-term, value-driven client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in negotiation, presentations, and written and verbal communication.
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Driven to exceed sales targets and a strong self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of marketing packages, corporate travel, hospitality solutions, and consultancy services.
  • Meeting clients in their premises: Having a valid driving license with a car will be an advantage. The physical attire & presentation will matter a lot.

  • UAE Consultancy Industry sales: 3 years (Required)
  • UAE Travel Industry Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • IT or Digital Marketing Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Diving License (Preferred)
