Responsibilities of the Liner Hanger Supervisor:

• Supervise the installation of liner hanger systems, ensuring that all procedures comply with client specifications.
• Mentor and train junior team members on best practices, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
• Document all aspects of the installation process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, drilling contractor, and liner hanger team.
• Implement risk mitigation measures and enforce proper safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company-specific procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in oil and gas well completion operations, with experience specifically in liner hanger installation.
• Strong supervisory skills, with experience managing and training onsite personnel.
• Able to identify and resolve technical issues.
