Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor with a civil background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction procedures and project management, with a focus on ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Oversee labor teams, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan, organize, and implement project schedules
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records of daily progress
- Monitor material usage and manage site inventory effectively
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
