· To make regular visits to the Projects and establish contacts with existing and new customers.
· To create a complete database of the assigned and new customers and follow up.
· Provide technical and commercial support to the customers.
· Regular follow-up on the offers made and convert them into orders.
· To attend to day-to-day enquiries and submitting quotations along with technical and commercial conditions.
· To follow up with the customers for product submittals in coordination with the sales support staff.
· To coordinate with the customer/consultant, for getting the submittals approved.
· To understand the full scope of the payment details in respect of client, consultant and contractors.
· Co-ordination with Sales Manager for negotiations and finalization of offers.
· To forward the purchase orders to Sales Support team for order entry and execution.
· To interact with Sales Support team and Warehouse in-charge for supplies to the customers.
· To co-ordinate with Sales/ Import Coordinators for the materials on order and delivery plans.
· To follow-up and coordinate payments and cheque collection.
· To achieve the sales targets and forward the forecast to the management.
· To prepare weekly sales report highlighting the significant developments and forward the same to the Sales Manager, for submitting to the Sr. Management.
· To identify the prospects for our products.
· To provide information about competition, price/products.
· To extend support to colleagues in respect of sales related activities.
