Position Overview: As a Butler, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of household tasks and delivering high-quality service to residents and guests. Your role will involve managing daily activities, coordinating events, and attending to the personal needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to residents and guests, including meal service, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Manage household schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee staff, ensuring that all household duties are performed to the highest standard.
- Coordinate events and special occasions, including dinner parties and family gatherings.
- Maintain an inventory of household supplies and manage purchasing.
- Anticipate the needs of clients and respond promptly to requests.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Butler, personal assistant, or in a luxury service environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in household management and hospitality standards.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required.
