Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address client needs and inquiries.
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role (X years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
