Position: Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Job Highlights:
- Languages Required: Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in real estate
- Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including regulations; off-plan property sales experience is a plus
- Location: Near Business Bay Metro Station, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
- Guide clients and agents in property transactions, ensuring optimal results
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property transactions and team management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, with strong communication abilities
