Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving targets, managing relationships with prospects while ensuring compliance with company policies.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with proven track record in sales and business development to join our team and help us redefine fit out excellence. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive work culture and exhibit a passion for business development and continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research to identify potential clients, and building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and participating in industry events to promote Spencer’s services.
You should have excellent networking abilities and have a deep understanding of the sales process. A keen interest in the business and industry, coupled with relevant experience, are essential for this role.
