- Conduct inspections and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting (5+ years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
