A civil engineer is required for a contracting company. The following requirements are required. Experienced Civil Engineer Required For A Construction & Interior Fit-Out Company. Capable To Work Independently, Drawings, BOQ, Quotation, Job Execution, Etc
Job Requirements
- Handling of Authorities like DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc and all local authorities.
- Approved by Dubai Municipality, G+1
- He has experience in BOQ
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents.
- To visit the assigned projects regularly and monitor the work progress.
- Report to the Project Manager about the site progress, sub-contractor status and Manpower schedule daily basis.
- To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
- Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil, fit-out, and MEP projects in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving License.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of construction engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, excel, Microsoft office word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English particularly in written and verbal communication
