About Us:
HYXC INTERNATIONAL TRADING LLC specializes in providing high-quality SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, cladding, decking, and tailored fit-out interior solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering durable and aesthetic products for both residential and commercial spaces. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in this rapidly expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, designers, and developers. Generate leads, build strong relationships, and close sales for SPC flooring, indoor/outdoor WPC wall panels, cladding, and decking.
  • Product Expertise: Leverage knowledge of SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, cladding, and decking to educate clients on product benefits, durability, and installation options.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing consultative solutions, and offering ongoing support.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the fit-out project teams to ensure that client specifications and project deadlines are met, facilitating smooth installation processes and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and project statuses, and report to the management team on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, cladding, decking, or a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SPC and WPC materials and applications, particularly in interior fit-out projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to consultatively sell technical products.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with managing fit-out interior projects, coordinating between sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Driven & Self-Motivated: Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (company will provide if no have existing car).

Benefits:

  • Fuel/Petrol Allowance
  • Sales Commission (Target Sales)
  • Salary (with out experience) - 3500 aed
  • Salary (with experience) - 4500 aed
