Job Title: Legal Researcher (Female Arabic Speaker, UAE Law Background)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Legal Researcher with expertise in UAE law. As a Legal Researcher at our company, you will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive legal research, analyzing cases, and assisting our legal team in providing accurate and up-to-date legal advice to our clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and possess a deep understanding of UAE law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research on various aspects of UAE law.
• Analyze and summarize legal cases, statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare legal memos, reports, and briefs for our legal team.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in UAE law and provide insights to the team.
• Collaborate with the legal team to support client matters and legal projects.
• Assist in drafting legal documents and contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English (is a plus), both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of UAE law and legal procedures.
• Prior experience in legal research and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal certification or additional qualifications in UAE law are a plus.
