Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads, including property developers, building owners, corporate entities, and government institutions.

Client Engagement & Retention: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client organizations.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients, including pricing, service offerings, and contract terms. • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business development targets, focusing on long-term partnerships with high-value clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as operations, finance, and procurement, to align on service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client while maintaining compliance with regional regulations

Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand visibility and promote our facility management services.

Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
