Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Dubai, Deira
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 2000 AED to 5000 AED
Requirement : Minimum 6 month's to 1 year experience in any Tele Sales background.

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated female Tele sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products & services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
