Job Description

The role includes:

  • Prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame. Handling sales activities with the intention of closing predefined sales targets.
  • Developing new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales targets.
  • Presenting projects on Sobha Hartland to potential clients. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Building a strong network of real estate brokers within the region and at an international level. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients.
