Job Description

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the glass and aluminum industry within the GCC region.

- Transportation: Must own a car.

- License: Valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee and manage on-site activities related to glass and aluminum installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Supervision: Direct and supervise the work of site personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

3. Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to resolve any on-site issues related to glass and aluminum works.

4. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

5. Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

6. Reporting: Prepare detailed site reports, including progress updates, material usage, and any issues encountered, for senior management review.

Skills Required:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.

- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
