Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to clients in the field. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and provide feedback to management.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of interactions, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and customer needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively while maximizing profitability.
- Field Activities: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience minimum of two years in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
