Position: Legal Consultant – Litigation (Arabic Speaker)
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
- Analyze legal documents and contracts, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct legal research and stay current with relevant legislation.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and court proceedings.
- Help clients understand their legal rights and obligations.
- Advise clients on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Valid license to practice law.
- Proven experience as a legal consultant or in a similar legal role.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- 15 Years of Experience.
