**Job Summary:**
As the Social Media Manager at Jimi, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our overall marketing goals. You will create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms while analyzing performance metrics to optimize our approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and grow Jimi’s social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and product) to create cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Jimi remains a leader in social media engagement.
- Assist in developing and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Foster a positive online community and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content management systems.
- Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
