Al Subaiha Furniture is a leading furniture manufacturing factory dedicated to creating high-quality and premium furniture products for both residential & commercial spaces. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire furniture production process, from planning to final delivery.
- Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor production costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, sales and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to maintain optimal workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of production management, materials, and processes in furniture manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety and quality control standards.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
