Description Head office 15 Minutes drive from Dubai Marina. Based in the Head office reporting into the Head of Pre-construction & Technical you will hands on drive a bid handling all the planning aspects from start to finish. You will need minimal guidance and have a history of working under your own direction.
You will have a weekly review on workload and quality to ensure than all aspects in relation to the bid match and are at the highest level this client is seeking. Your experience will be clear handling Building Tenders from Shell & Core – Commercial, High Rise Residential through to Healthcare projects.
With prior planning skills, technical awareness and insights of the UAE Main Contracting sector you will be able to get into the “detail”

- Sounds Technical & Engineering background
- Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner
- Build a strong working relationship with a Senior Project Manager & Regional Planning Manager
Do you match the following criteria
- Do you have a track record within Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors in the UAE ?
- P6 / Primavera software experience
- Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Clients & site teams ?
- Capable of thinking clearly under pressure
